London Rooms offers fully furnished Studios and Flats in East London which are available for short term rentals from one week to six months. We provide you with a comfortable, clean, self contained self catering accommodation where you can cook your own food and enjoy a home from home atmosphere where you can come and go as you please.

Our cheap studios and flats are ideal for people on a tight budget who come to London to seek employment, are on an internship, work placement or part time work contract and who are seeking comfortable clean accommodation on flexible short stay terms similar to holiday lets. They are also suitable for tourists and travellers who are looking for a cheap alternative to travel lodges and cheap hotels but want more privacy and the ability to cook their meals at their convenience.

All our studios and flats come with:
* fresh bed linen (We do not provide Towels)
* table chair and storage space for your personal belongings
* fully equipped kitchen
* vacuum cleaner and cleaning supplies
* washing machine
* a TV with free view digital channels
* free WI FI internet connection
* 12 hour a day central heating

  (There is one additional heater for use whilst the central heating is off)

PLEASE NOTE:

  • For health and safety reasons and to avoid overcrowding any extra guests not on the booking form will not be authorized to stay in the flat.

Cheap flats in LondonThe maximum occupancy in our regular studio flats is 2 persons.
An additional young child under 10 can sleep on a folding put down bed.

Cheap flats in LondonThe maximum occupancy in our large studio flats is 3 adults.
These studio flats are equipped with a double bed and a sofa bed.

Cheap flats in LondonThe maximum occupancy in our one bedroom flats is 3 adults.
An additional young child under 10 can sleep on a folding put down bed.

Cheap flats in LondonThe maximum occupancy in our two bedroom flats is 4 adults.
An additional young child under 10 can sleep on a folding put down bed.
Please let us know about your requirements when submitting your booking enquiry so that we can select a suitable studio or flat for you.
  • No checking in before 13.00h unless arranged with Catherine. Checking out time is 11.00h in the morning.
  • To get your keys accommodation must be paid in full on arrival.
    Once payment has been made, there will be no refunds.
  • We ask for a deposit of one week’s rent which is fully refunded, provided that you leave the accommodation in the same condition as when you arrived and there is no damage or breakages.

St Awdrys Cottage consists of one studio flat with its own entrance, kitchen and bathroom and another 2 bedroom flat with a kitchen diner, bathroom and own entrance. These are popular with couples and families who want a self contained flat with it own entrance and do not want to share a kitchen and or a bathroom.

Salisbury Road has a 2 bedroom flat upstairs and a one bed room flat downstairs. Both flats have their own entrances, bath rooms and kitchens.
