London Rooms offers fully furnished private rooms in shared houses in East London which are available for long & short term rentals. We provide you with clean comfortable self catering accommodation where you can cook your own food and enjoy a home from home atmosphere.

Our cheap rooms are ideal for people on a tight budget who come to London to seek employment or are on an internship, work placement or part time work contract and who are seeking comfortable clean rooms on flexible short stay terms similar to holiday lets. They are also suitable for tourists and travellers who are looking for a cheap alternative to travel lodges and cheap hotels but want more privacy and the ability to cook their meals at their convenience and come and go as they please.

The fully equipped kitchen and bathroom is shared by all residents in
our house share in St Erkenwald Road but for people who want their
own toilet and bathroom, en-suite rooms are available in our house shares in Faircross Avenue.

All our rooms come with:
* fresh bed linen (Towels are not provided)

* bed side tables and storage space for your clothes and belongings

* your own lock for your room

* free WIFI connection

 

All house shares are equipped with:
* fully equipped kitchen with plates, eating utensils, pots pans,
  table, cooker, micro wave and fridge
* vacuum cleaner and cleaning materials
* washing machine
* 12 hour a day central heating

PLEASE NOTE:

  • For the comfort of our residents and to avoid overcrowding, the maximum occupancy in our house shares one person per room
    in our single rooms     and 2 persons in our double rooms.
    We do not permit adults with young children under the age
    of sixteen to stay in our house shares    .
  • No checking in before 13.00h unless arranged with Catherine. Checking out time is 11.00h in the morning.
  • Accommodation must be paid in full on arrival.
    Once payment has been made, there will be no refunds.
  • We ask for a deposit of one week’s rent which is fully refunded, provided that you leave the accommodation in the same condition as when you arrived and there is no damage or breakages.

NO SMOKING For your own safety and comfort smoking is not allowed in our homes.
